Empsall Building

The Brighton Empsall building was constructed in 1905. It was originally the Roth and Santee Building.  It was the first building in the country where you could "live, work, recreate and dine all within it's walls"


The Empsall building contains 22,500 sq. ft. of commercial space. The building is located in the City Center district and is within walking distance of medical, shopping, restaurants, banks, local and regional government offices and the Department of Social Services. It is located on the City's bus route and other public transportation.

Currently there is no vacant space at the Empsall building
