World Changers comes to WatertownThe New Hope Baptist Church is a member of World Changers and is bringing this exciting volunteerism to Watertown under the guidance of Pastor Stan Gillcash. The local chapter has cut their teeth on a house being rehabbed by Neighbors Of Watertown on the city's North side. This house has sat boarded up for the past few years and has stood as a major sign of decay in this neighborhood. The City of Watertown made the property available and the Development Authority of the North Country provided a construction loan at 0% interest for the main work scope under the Neighbors, DANC, City NDC Housing Partnership The following businesses provided materials to assist in this rehabilitation project.
