We've been watching the progression, now the project is finished.

Tenants have begun moving into the newly renovated Franklin Building in downtown Watertown.

The historic building was in ruins when Neighbors of Watertown took on the project.

The upstairs has spacious apartments.

The first floor is set aside for businesses.

"It makes a lot of difference and will add to just the whole sparkle of downtown. New businesses will be moving in. New jobs will be created," said Gary Beasley of Neighbors of Watertown.

Neighbors of Watertown has yet to fill the first floor with businesses, but all the apartments are taken.
