Constructed in 1905. It was originally the Roth and Santee Building and was a very interesting contribution to architectural history. It was the first building in the country where you "could live, work, recreate and dine all within it's walls". It now contains 36 beautiful apartments priced right for those employed in Historic Downtown Watertown.
A mixed use building prominently located at the East end of Watertown's Historic Public Square. Upper floor residents are afforded a beautiful view of the park in the center of Public Square. The Buck was constructed in the early 1920's and housed many prominent local businesses during Watertown's rich history.
Constructed in 1897 by former Watertown Mayor, Nelson Burdick. The building has always been residential over a variety of commercial uses including at one time, stables. The building has been restored to highlight beautiful Historic Features such as tin ceilings, a central wooden staircase and spacious ten foot wide corridors. Acquired from the city of Watertown, in 1987, Lillian Towers was a former Watertown fire station. After sitting idle for ten years it was rehabilitated by Neighbors Of Watertown into six 2 bedroom apartments.
Project In March of 2003 Neighbors of Watertown, Inc. closed on a syndicated package to revitalize a historic row house and the surrounding neighborhood. The project renovated 7 buildings, provided 22 units of affordable housing, and was a major catalyst for revitalization of the surrounding neighborhood.
Kieff Drive apartments are 8 Townhouse units, providing two and three bedroom apartments. There is a minimum rent rate established for move-in and percentage of household income determines rental rate.
