In May 2009, Neighbors started managing the Olympic Apartments, 231 Franklin Street Watertown, New York. Olympic Apartments is the second of two apartment complexes for older residents erected by The Henry Keep Home in downtown Watertown.

Named for the former Olympic Theater near the site, which had entertained movie-goers since it first opened in 1920, the Olympic Apartments are actually located in the first block of Franklin Street.

The building is owned by Olympic Apartment Associates and oversight is provided by the Henry Keep Home board of directors.

Neighbors will be responsible for the rental management, repairs, and accounting for the
42 unit building.
