The Jefferson County Job Development Corp. will host its quarterly members' breakfast at 8 a.m. Friday at the Franklin Building, 50 Public Square.

Donald W. Rutherford, CEO of the Watertown Local Development Corp., Gary C. Beasley, executive director of Neighbors of Watertown Inc., and Michael C. Miller, board member of the Northern New York Arts Council, will talk about the renaissance in downtown Watertown and give tours of the restored Franklin Building.
