The improve-ments continue on Watertown's Public Square.

A building on the square's north side has a new facade thanks to Neighbors of Watertown, which provided matching funds for the project.

The building is owned by Joe Dephtereos who also owns the Crystal Restaurant next door.

Family members say they're not sure whether they'll try to rent the building out or use it for a business of their own.

The building once housed an ice cream shop.
