Go to Marcy page

THE MARCY is a 1920's era building constructed in the commercial industrial style with mild classical revival detailing.  The rehabilitation meets certified historic standards preserving this unique contribution to the Public Square Historic District.  The Marcy is designed for office and retail occupancy and is located in the Public Square Economic Development Zone.

 

Go to Brighton page The Brighton was constructed in 1905.  It was originally the Roth and Santee Building and was a very interesting contribution to architectural history.  It was the first building in the country where you "could live, work, recreate and dine all within it's walls".  It now contains 36 beautiful  apartments priced right for those employed in Historic Downtown Watertown.

 

Go to Buck page The Buck is a mixed use building prominently located at the East end of Watertown's Historic Public Square.  Upper floor residents are afforded a beautiful view of the park in the center of Public Square.  The Buck was constructed in the early 1920's and housed many prominent local businesses during Watertown's rich history.

The Burdick was constructed in 1897 by former Watertown Mayor, Nelson Burdick.  The building has always been residential over a variety of commercial uses including at one time,   stables.  The building has been restored to highlight beautiful Historic Features such as tin ceilings, a central wooden staircase and spacious ten foot wide corridors.  A modernized elevator provides safe access to the 28 residential apartments on the upper three floors.  Storefronts grace the street level.

Lillian Towers spent it's former life as a fire station.  After sitting idle for ten years it was rehabilitated by Neighbors Of Watertown into six 2 bedroom apartments.
