constructed in 1897 Neighbors Of Watertown has it's corporate offices in the center two storefronts, 112 & 116. |
| The Burdick features 28 newly renovated apartments on the upper floors and office and retail on the ground level. |
| The entrance lobby features the original tongue and groove
wainscotting and ceilings and the original wooden staircase.
The wainscotting was removed and reinstalled over fireprotective drywall. |
| The Burdick hallways are 10 feet wide with restored original tin ceilings and wainscotting. Spaces are bright, clean and inviting. |
| Kitchens include stove and refrigerator and raised panel oak kitchen cabinets. The spaces are bright and pleasant to work in. |
| The building started to show it's potential after the rooms were opened up. |
