Our Company Profile

       Neighbors Of Watertown, Inc. is a 501 C-3 not-for-profit corporation that was formed in 1967 and incorporated in 1969 under the laws of the state of New York.  Neighbors became a Neighborhood Preservation Company in 1981 funded by the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal with it's service area encompassing the City of Watertown.

Our Services

        Neighbors Of Watertown, Inc. is a full service Community Development Organization with ongoing programs such as First Time Homebuyer assistance, Home Rehabilitation assistance, Rental Apartments, Rehabilitated Homes for purchase, Historic Building Rehabilitation and Community Development services.  Please choose the button at the left that best describes the program you are seeking or go to the table of contents for more information.  Thank you for visiting our site.
